Would you like to turn your life story into a PowerPoint Presentation? Winchester and District Mencap Society are running a Life Stories Course in March at Winchester's Discovery Centre, Jewry Street. Places are limited! The details are in the flier attached.

Shared Lives Scheme PCP Booklet
The Hampshire Shared Lives Scheme (formerly known as Adult Placement), recruits and supports paid carers to provide residential and day care in their own homes for adults with a learning/physical disability, mental health issue or for older people who are no longer able to live independently.
The Scheme has produced a PCP booklet to help people in the scheme. This document is also in the resources section.

PCP Facilitators are arriving...
The Partnership Board has funded PCP Facilitators to help develop person centred plans. Local voluntary organisations are starting to employ workers to fill these posts.
