An Opportunity to make new friends!
The Apollo Film Club is a brand new film club especially for adults with learning disabilities and their friends and carers.
Some people may find going to the cinema difficult because of sensory sensitivities to sound and light. They may disturb other cinemagoers by making noise or needing to go out for a break.
For Learning Disability and autism friendly screenings the soundtrack is turned down a little and low lights are left on in the auditorium. If anyone needs to make a noise or move around then that is absolutely fine!
