Welcome
Welcome to the new improved person centred planning site for Hampshire and beyond. We hope you'll find this updated site, launched at our celebration day, a lot easier to use. We've updated our list of resources and guidance. We've also added a few items we've found useful helping people to plan. We'll continue to do this and appreciate any information you might send to us.
