Welcome
Welcome to the new improved person centred planning site for Hampshire and beyond. We hope you'll find this updated site, launched at our celebration day, a lot easier to use. We've updated our list of resources and guidance. We've also added a few items we've found useful helping people to plan. We'll continue to do this and appreciate any information you might send to us.
Please contact us if you have anything more you want to tell us about the site, we'd like to hear your feedback.
Special thanks go to Colin Archer, of the Loddon Alliance, who developed our first website and continues to support this work.
