Congratulations! The Hampshire PCP web site has been nominated for a Hantsweb Award 2007.
These prestigious Awards run by Hampshire County Council, reward the best websites and internet services in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Nominations close on 22 April 2007, after which the judging will begin.
All websites will be judged against standard good web practice criteria, confirming accessibility and ease of use by expert judges.

The Hampshire Person Centred Planning team have a series of articles on person centred planning in 'Learning Disability Practice', the Hampshire based team describes how to build a sustainable, person centred culture.
The team of Phill Amey,Kate Gregson, Mandy Johnson, Gwen Moulster and Martin Nobbs outline some of the team's successes, as well as challenges and barriers that have been encountred.

In many papers on this website you’ll see the words ‘learning disability’. But Self-Directed Support is for everyone who uses social care support – disabled and older people. in Control worked out its system of Self-Directed Support with people who have a learning disability.
