A new DVD about Person Centred Planning is available
This DVD has been developed to introduce parents and family carers to the concepts of Person Centred Plans, Health Action Plans and Communication Passports. The DVD shows real life experiences of how using these tools and planning together can have positive outcomes for people with learning disabilities.
The DVD is approx 40 minutes in length and can be viewed in sections or in one go, with the option to view in Gujerati and Urdu.
The attached Flyer gives ordering details. Unfortunately there is a minimum order of 50. If you would like a single copy, register your interest on the discussion pages. If there is enough interest we will order copies for those who expressed an interest.
best wishes
